I respectfully disagree. Don't have time to dig it out now but there's some sort of indemnity (my word) in the Scheme Document STO makes for ESG shareholders (except in a couple of circumstances) against loss. I'll see if I can find it tonight.

ESG's the better entry IMO. And it's all upside if there's another bid.
