The big boys are'nt interested in diverting attention until something big is proven up.It is not about the money but the resource.The smaller players do the hard yards for them.
Remember the use it or lose it rule and other offers coming in that suit AVB but not the big boys. Well not yet. While companies like AVB are hungry and drill away the big boys relax,wait and watch.
