I believe it is the options that are holding back the SP at the moment.
The fact that the options are sometimes worth more and sometimes worth less than the heads is causing some people to be constantly be shifting between the 2. It has become a case of 'are the options following the price of the heads, or are the heads following the options. When the buying builds up on 1, the buyers just move to the other, and the cycle just keeps going. IMO this is the reason for the direction-less share price in recent times.
Once we get to the end of August, and we are back to the situation where if someone wants to buy AJM they only have 1 choice, I think we will see the real value of this company realised.
(Obviously what my analysis doesn't allow for is that the SP is a real possibility to move before end of august because, as we have discussed previously, a lot of very good announcements are hopefully due out in the very near future!)
