european patent next step

* Regarding the patent granting it doesnt usually update till late Friday afternoon Munich time - so not till late Friday night AEST

* I believe they would be sent notification on the same day it is posted online - Not 100% sure

* Geoff requested an urgent update from their patent attorney on return from his overseas trip - Why would they do this if it wasnt a key requirement to complete a contract/supply agreement??

* Geoff will be at the AACC conference in Atlanta from July 24-28 and has meetings scheduled with current collaborators as well as new potential customers

* Perhaps the most important meeting he has scheduled is one at Beckman Coulters key Immunoassay Facility

*This trip could prove interesting if Geoff is holding a patent certificate in his hands - Remember this will be a massive transition for the first company that takes this technology (MixNGo) onboard and will want all avenues tested over and over before signing and will also want 100% legal protection over the product - They dont want to hand over $15m pa to Anteo and then another company copies the MixnGo product!

* I received a Top 20 on Monday and a Top 50 today and I am very comfortable with where the selling and buying has been coming from. That is all I will say on that
