If anyone is going to make it happen for CFU it will be the Germans/Dutch/UK and other 'make it happen' countries etc. The mindset in these countries is to be admired when it comes to funding and implementing technology in most fields, particular Germany.

Italy might be of interest as well, 3rd largest economy in Europe and just recently knocking back any possibility of nuclear energy. When this takes of in Germany, it won't take long to spread south.
