"Biya doesn't decide who owns SDL" no , but he does decide who gets a mining permit for HIS country. And what is SDL without a license to mine? Don't thin for one minute just because you own shares in SDL that you have right to their IO. Management will be treading very carefully. And yes anthony they will be fighting very hard and may get another 5 or 10 censt.
