agree u147 - a standard MOU would contain a due diligence provision which you would expect would impose obligations on MDV to prove the unit will work particularly as this is a prototype. Different if this was merely a supply contract for an already well established and verified product.
this all comes back to why McPherson mentioned dates for shipping and sealing the deal with Sri Lankan. Poor form if there was a real risk you could not achieve it. And we are still no further informed as to the progress other than a few throw away lines.
What was not lost on me was the reference to accessing further capital...
