There is no "lack of progress" so far as I am aware. Certainly its a bit slower than the forecast.
Commercial sensitivity is such that we can't be fully informed and red tape drags things out.
More patience is all that is required.
In the meantime other customers may be sniffing around.
As for "writing for Medivac" I feel like I am doing exactly that.
It all looks good to me.
