Mate, a lot of people are in the same boat as you. I am lucky this was one of my first stocks so hold very little holding. Not to make any of you dissapointed, but it will be very hard for GGP to return value to shareholders. Given the amount of dilution since I first bought this company in 2005.

I am downramping this stock! Why? To save any new investors to reconsider their entry. There is better opportunities in the oil and gas sector. This is definitely not one of them.
