cam_39 As a newbie just march to the beat of your own drum. Whenever I visit this site (I am a holder without great expectations) the blogs are dominated by a few serial posters who write a lot but actually say nothing. You'd think that if they had a modicum of intellect they would focus their efforts more productively in other areas rather than continually flog what they perceive to be a dead horse. If they believe that management is corrupt they ought to take their concerns further rather than continually bleat about it and do nothing. They obviously have far too much time on their hands.
