Are the 0.004 shares new ones though? If so, won't they increase the total number of shares existing and thus dilute the value of each individual share?
Doesn't this also mean that no-one need pay more than 0.004 per share? Won't the buyers at .005 disappear? Could we see buying opportunities at 0.003?
