I'm a happy holder and am patiently waiting for a potential takeover opportunity.

This company is in a good space at the moment - the demand for their services is great, one of their major competitors is in a world of pain (Hastie), they are trading on P/E multiples under 10 times, and they are ungeared with net cash.

They are ripe for a takeover here by a large corporate or private equity - a debt funded takeover by either of the above can generate massive IRR's by gearing them up - they have the financial metrics perfect for this scenario.

Monadelphous has a circa 20% shareholding so maybe they might be the candidate - here's hoping. I can't see them holding on this portfolio stake forever.
