    Dave,

I have heard of "non-lethal" and understand the concept. I have never, before this document, seen "less-lethal".

If I read your comments right, then "less-lethal" refers to probability? Then I guess, with the approval of the lawyers (as you have implied) we'll need to refer to any ammunition as having some degree of lethality?

Next time I get in my car I am going to strap myself into the "occasionally killing belts" that most of us know as "safety belts".

I am not having a go at you, but is this another example of PC gone silly? Will ammo have to have degrees of lethality on an ISO scale? What will the scale be? What will the number be for a kid with a rock? What will the number be for my wife with a plate when she hears about how much I have invested in Metalstorm?

As I said, I am not having a go at you, but "less-lethal"? Lethal is digital. You are dead or you're not. there is no degree.

Shakespeare figured it out in Henry VI when one of his charecters (Dick, I think) said "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers." Dave, I hope you aren't one.
