The JV negotiations and the fact that they have been progressing have been mentioned time and time again by JH. You may wish to believe it is all hot air.... but IMHO JH will be announcing agreed terms of a number of JV's in the very near future.
Im sure it will soon be time for you to bury the hatchet.....
