As for your point with this article if you were of the opinion that the Sri Lankan government is one of the most financially astute governments worldwide and heavily focussed on the Health Industry standards within this nation then I have some news for you.

As a matter of fact I could name you a minimum of 50 countries each year who find the annual financial allocations for the Healrh Sector are insufficient or have been squandered elsewhere. Nothing new we are talking of Sri Lanka after all.

Thank you for clarifying where the focus of the Sri Lankan government currently rests.
