Having become fairly cynical over the years, I would suggest this is a good point in time for an investment bank to prudently suggest an issuance of some more shares(and options of course) in ARD in order to thieve some value from existing shareholders and enrich themselves!! Don't yield sirs, hold fast! Look to your existing shareholders!!
