good buying at these levels?

    After much deliberation I have purchased more OPL this morning at 53.5
    53.5 seems to be holding at this stage though technically I will still be looking for a close at 55 or above today to confirm support at that level
    Fundamentally, with all that is going on in California at the moment, OPL does appear cheap at these prices
    Time will tell
