    Yes, keep Hallshead until rail goes through if you can.

    Commercial property can be risky. If you go that way, serch for property that you secure a long term lease for. Friends of mine are doing nicely out of commercial. I know some who have been burnt.

    I stick to residential myself, in areas that I know well too.
