zeek I love commercial property, better revenue returns than residential, but both good capital growth commercial takes a bit more guts, but like any worthwhile investment you have to do the hard yards and research and learn it for yourself, although you can be lucky am getting 45000 rent on shops cost 250000 just happened to be the right place at the right time had been looking in that strip for 5 years
that is part of my retirement nest egg absolutley no way any super fund could have done that plus still on the watch for more of course
btw- think I better go check out Melb / Docklands apartments, buy ocean views 5 mins from the city and supposed to be big discounts, ready for my next venture/retirement living
