Jantimont,
The Wilgar analytical report by Jack Wang (Ann 21st April) suggests a couple of possible deposit types. Early thoughts seem to be leaning towards an Intrusion Related Gold System (IRGS). Wilgar ticks 5 of 6 features specific to these systems (the difference being the high Au grades).
The company have gone to pains to highlight the detailed exploration and rationale behind this at Wilgar.
Now if the collective geological nous from the QLD Dept of mines that visited have no idea, then I think the company deserves some credit for their plan of attack to date.
Yes a single lense, extremely rich in Au,Ag,U,Te,Mo, will fit neatly into a 'car trailer' but I'd say given what we know to date its unlikely Wilgar is a single isolated lense!
