is the price of ncm being kept artificially low so that when a takeover offers comes it can be at a lower price? ie. 30% premium on $15 instead of $18+ as ncm was only a few weeks ago...........
what other explanation could there be for a $3.50 fall on absolutely no news in 3 weeks, surely a fall in th overall market cannot explain the whole fall
