I spoke to someone with knowledge of the terrain, and in his opinion, developing Tally Ho would have required huge infrastructure investment given the nature of the terrain, its location and the constant problems of flooding due to rain each year. This made Tally Ho not a very profitable proposition, despite some high grade intercepts. This is the very reason (in his opinion )that it has not been sold for much (and was not paid for much when originally bought anyway). D'ont know rules around announcements in this regard, but I was quite pleased to know that the management had not done anything wrong in this business decision.
