For example these people talking about land in Margaret river and south west WA...Ive driven down there many times...there are miles and miles of land that could fit quite easily 20 x perths population...but has perth got the resources. There is vacanct land all up the east coast...all along South Australia. Darwin houses prices have risen 20% in the last 2 years...it has a population of around 100k....there are millions and millions of acres that could be lived on.
The whole shortage of property is Bull...its just that the govt hasnt opened it up yet.
