longdong with all due respect and we are talking first home buyers here/ and property investors all that land may be absolutly useless, no infrastructure around, no schools, no public transport and no jobs
that explains why there is less population living in Darwin and Perth bring the jobs to town then you will get the people and other things to follow when we are talking land, we generally mean land close to an already established community
btw 2 weeks or so ago council 200klms from Darwin giving away houses at 20,000 each, but you have to live there for 5 years they could offer to pay me 50000 pa to live there and I still would not accept it cheers
