My grandson had a sleepover at the weekend and I caught BTN (behind the news) on Sunday. I think it was on ABC 1 Fascinated to see a report on a geothermal plant that is operating in a valley in Kenya. The programme explored how the cheap clean energy had transformed the region which seemed to be a farming area.
Did anyone else catch it? They spoke about low cost maintenance and long plant life.
Maybe we should grab some of this technology for ourselves and ramp up production.
