    their holding in mnc is worth around 75c at todays price, but they have liabilities of 26c. ignoring the other assets which its too hard to place a value on you have 49c.
    surprise surprise, thats where its trading.
    to say its holding in mnc is too illiquid and therefore it should trade at a signifificant discount makes no sense.
