Scorpo57. Here is my quick back the envelope look at the stock.
* 8th July Rights Issue,
Number on offer - 118,431,420 Number Taken up - 9,938,205 Shortfall - 108,493,215. (underwritten)
Massive shortfall here and expect them to be unloaded onto markets.
* CEO and Chairman are all involved at MP Securities. Worth looking into the directors and their involvement in the "other" companies that SNV do business with. I am not suggesting anything however it could be geared for a massive pump to get rid of the excess shares.
Timbosivic, give me more than 3 words as to why you think this share is worth investing???
