downside risk seems very small, US army already invested over 20 million, more to come, two phase 2 trials, capital raised to last next 12-24 months, springtree gone, possible market improvement as its been very shaky and Bi techs due for a rally,,,posible partnership, possible news....
i have bought 10 % of my portfolio at .015,,,I see huge potential upside, if we have half the rally that PRR had we could easily make a few hundred percent by the end of year,,,,just my opinion,,,,so many variables in trading...
