I believe from previous discussions I had these guys that life of the mine the strip ratio would be in the order of less than 0.25

Fully diluted share is only 409mil, which is pretty good for a start up producer.

The additional performance shares will provide greater liquidity, which the stock needs.

The greater prize here is Vale, all these performance shares dovetail into the activity we are seeing. Five drill rigs with another 2 to come on line is pretty aggressive imo.

Moving to triple shifts, it would be a given that greater output would be expected.

My mistake on the takeover mark, it should have read $300mil+ would get my shares.
