It is without doubt a disgrace, but not suprising.
They have no money to do anything. There is no launch, no serious production, no marketing campaign etc etc
Does the stewardship of this company have sufficient quality,experience,skill, and duty of care? If this was a refuge for animals we would be calling the police and the RSPCA.
