If my memory is right, the plant has a capacity to make 10,000 units (that's fuel cells stacks not bluegens) per year at the moment. That will be scaled up in 10,000 increments I seem to recall.
That 10,000 capacity would rely on adequate trained personnel etc. So my tip would be that 1000 bluegen units would take many months. THough they can make them in Noble Park too.
