I think banks would be more interested in ability to pay back the loans through income, possibly from Moolap and processing contracts in the U.S, than worrying about whether the ponds had been approved and finished on time.
Unless they've been reading MHM announcements and the delays have really, really annoyed them!
As for the 50% LVR, you don't think they'll have enough collateral for that?
