    I hope you dont have to do a cap raising in this environment, as you say it would have to go to instos and not the burnt retail punters.

    I cant imagine any placement now would be done at a premium so a discount to VWAP could be at a scary low number.

    Lets hope they can borrow the cash from the J.V partner's ?
