    Like I said, this is a stupid time to bring this up in a tax summit... but it does have some merit.

    Lets pretend its not being introduced by Big Jules or the Fabians.

    Pro's

    * shifts people to public transport (saving energy, pollution and emissions)
    * reduces wear n tear of road infrastructure
    * time savings (less congestion) for productive road transport of goods

    Con's

    * inconvenience for the plebs
    * increases wear n tear of our public transport
    * some people dont have access to good public transport and therefore will have to wear the cost of the tax
