is it all about the accounts

I believe the SEC were asking questions of PRR regarding there accounting - I think this was June, I also believe PRR made one or more changes to there way of doing things....

So in my opinion it would be plausible for the SEC to be waiting on PRR to release there end of year accounts so they can look over the whole lot and make sure everything is in order.

If this is the case I reckon PRR wont be approved till mid September / early October.... As the accounts would not be ready till mid / late August

This theory dawned on me today while talking with my accountant... (about a different matter all together)

Could be and probably am wrong be in my way of thinking it just could be correct as well
