    discussions are just a token attempt at democracy before the government introduces its real agenda
    death duties
    carbon tax
    mining tax

    clearly, the government is not happy with what they have got and want more.
    As far as I can see, they are just softening us for another money grab
    Any thoughts on what it might be?
    I'd say it might be a congestion tax.
