i recently have come to understand what has held up apg in the past and fact that india deal was reay out of their control as is ticor and possibly iluka!
the good news i feel now is that it's all looking great for apg now because they are in the box seat with funding they can call upon and also, possibility for some sales in the whole process as they get this first plant up and running!
let's see what the next few months brings - am copying this post to apg thread
