well news coming out of the US Congress is that the debt ceiling vote now isn't likely going to happen tonight (US time), because Bohner hasn't got the votes within his own party
as this story was breaking nearly 45 minutes ago, the US futures took a turn way further into the red
so our low volume day here (and for PRR) might now see a concerted dive into the red too
get ready to test those PRR stops folks
