I dont think there is an announcement pending....I would say that the offtake/finance will happen soon but not for a couple of weeks yet, maybe a month..but definately by the end of Sept 2011

Current trading looks more like someone big is actually selling down their shares...

i put a bet on DB,maybe they are positioning themselves for a US default...there have been some huge bets put on a US default..i hope it doesnt happen...all Shares will drop including SDL if they dont come up with a suitable agreement and soon...

I would of expected that a greater SP movement up after quarterly activities, i think the markets are very cautious at the moment
