Its also interesting to note from the quarterly that the basis on which the Nucore shares are to be issued is subject to a floor of 7.5 & a cap of 9.5c.
I can't see where this has been mentioned in the initial announcement. I'd have thought it should have been.
Still, I remain optimistic, but please bring on the DFS !!!
