re: Ann: Chalice and ENAMCO Execute Sharehold... 10% is a free carried, non contributing interest which is something that has always has been there - so it's not 'CHN shareholders getting ripped again'.
The SHA is another box ticked on the way to the mining licence - and it puts a timeframe on when the $32M needs to be paid.
