As I understand it that is the way forward once PIE have orders and an agreements in place. With TLS endorsing PIE and its products as long as PIE can demonstrate workable margins and cash flows then they can demand the best possible rates and terms from nearly anywhere or anyone. To me it seems PIE are serious about becoming a large corp on the back of these deals here and all around Australasia - major dilution would not encourage substantial shareholders nor will it help their own interests as these guys have really large holdings too - PIE is quite a tightly held stock really.

Also don't forget PIE will receive payment for the 50 units already in place so that will help the time line for needed cap.
