Tom Williams has said a number of times that when he was with the Private Trading Syndicate, they would always use P&F charts in conjunction with Bar charts.
I am watching the VSA Club Video's from 2009 onwards (slowly) and he mentioned a few video's ago they might do some P&F on a video sometime, If I come a across it I'll post which one it is.
