does it matter, no. is it ethical, maybe not.
did they break the law, no.

google is doing funny things. microsoft is in court all the time. kellogs stuff is 50% sugar and all nutritionist are saying it´s bad, do they bother?????? no of course not and many or all big companys are giving shit, whats ethical. as long as the numbers are right.
90m shares changed hand that´s 5% it´s not good.
