Japan will tell the world they are getting rid of their nuclear reactors to appease the greenies and then build a few "experimental" reactors that will feed power into the national grid as part of their "experiment" - just like I hear Australia is doing with their two "experimental" nuclear power plants.

At the end of the day, the bottom line won't change with these countries, their power will continue to be produced by nuclear power plants, be them in their own backyard or their next door neighbours.
