As HCRABOCs researach has revealed:
"Despite the claims there is no evidence on the Utah Oil and Gas Website to indicate that any well at Clear Creek has been able to sustain 0.5 mcf/day since the original wells drilled in the 50's were depleted".
It is time for a regulator, Ombudsman, Authority to come in and sift through the paperwoirks and announcements from MArion energy.
This is not the first or second time that Utah Oil and Gas has had no record of the claims that MAE have made.
It began in 2007 and the incorrect information is again allowed to be disseminated.
This is NOT normal business/industry behaviour. This is out on its own...still.
I think ASIC and ASX need their own regulator to turn over their every stone and to ask them as to why MAE have not been thoroughly investigated yet! As i said, it stand out like star - Marion Energys reporting is not normal and it does demand attention for being so inconsistent, or wrong, whatever the case may be.
It been 4 yrs of incorrect data and lies that we have been fed about 'imminent gas flows' and i am becoming angry that with inaccurate information out there, ther is a chance that more people could become ripped-off or disillusioned by the discrepancy and not make a truly informaed investment decision about the company.
NOT investigating this is farcical.
WHAT is being regulated exactly???
WHAT? If the regulator can't investigate this, then somewhere MAE is escaping fair regulatory scrutiny and it has not earned that get out of jail card, but continues to escape penalty.
