nothing much to argue with in that article

we are screwed
to varying degrees, we are all to blame for what is happening and going to happen
for example, just looking at what at least 99% of people put into their supermarket trolly, is evidence enough that nearly everyone is hooked.

why are towns in the US becomming ghost towns? - because we have become addicts.
we, inturn, are habituated to being the recipients of slavery and "turning a blind eye".
we are the agents of our own demise.

the "so called" elite are just doing the work of almighty god
it needs be that evil commeth into the world, but woe to him by which it commeth.

one noteworthy (but sexist) point from that article is:

talk about an understatement.
