In todays advertiser, the RE drones included their mid year property guide... Besides a stuff up of incorrectly labelling the years 2009, 2010 & 2011 etc... the mid year Propty guide ...for some strange reason!! ?? didnt include all metropolitan & "socalled" regional area's... Surprise surprise..when I do a coupla checks of my "sinking like a stone suburbs" for adelaide suburbs from (mostly) the Refind site & inspections etc...guess what...these suburbs are left out!!!
In their haste to list the huge growth figures for Brighton medindie etc... they have left out 4 suburbs that I reckon have experienced contractions varying from 5-18%... A little bit of selective stats i think... they just cant help themselves... What hope has Jo the goose got when this reporting is so wrong...
