Great work like always asf. I think we're in exactly the same boat and i look forward to jumping back in. I really think that SIP has grabbed the institutional's interest again hence seeing it shoot up so fast. Compared to the amount of risk that we are used to with this one, it's practically risk free these days :P... Like you, i am waiting for the right price but i will let you know once i am back on board.
