I'm going to reply to this because I too was thinking if security was the reason for the cone of silence and we did intercept HC at TD, why would you announce it to every terrorist/freedom fighter off the coast of WA?

One would think you had to tell the SH the truth but if the threats are real, then it makes sense to P&A without stating, "There were no traces of any HC"

Legally they would have to cover themselves from the wave of law suits that would head their way. It was up to the individual to sell at the end of the day.

If, there is merit to this conspiracy FAR will IMO stay tight with Ophir in the AGC and Ophir WILL commit to the Senegal JV, along with Noble and Rocksource.
